Mesa Fresca

Mesa Fresca is Lisbon's first meal kit company, born in Campo de Ourique. Every week it puts together a box of fresh, balanced recipes with every ingredient already weighed and portioned, so all that is left to do at home is the best part: cooking.

The menu changes every week, with 2 to 5 recipes for 3 or 5 people. There is no subscription: order by Sunday 5 pm, skip any week you like, and choose delivery in Lisbon, Cascais or Costa da Caparica, or pick-up at the shop on Rua Silva Carvalho.

It was designed for busy families who want to eat well and cook together, without the daily grocery run or the search for ideas.
