Flocoloco&co

Flocoloco&co brings Hawaiian shave ice to Lisbon. Its founder discovered it on a family trip to Hawaii and went back to Oahu and Maui to learn the craft, then tested the idea at a Lisbon market in 2025 before opening the Campo de Ourique shop in 2026.

The ice is shaved on traditional Japanese machines until it is as light as snow, then topped with homemade syrups made from real fruit. Build your own cup from a dozen syrups and toppings such as mochi, azuki or condensed milk, or pick a signature combo, including a pastel de nata version.

The syrups are vegan and free from gluten, lactose and artificial colours. Coffee and matcha drinks are also on the menu, and the team runs pop-ups and events.
