Hink's Deli

Hink's Deli is the neighbourhood sandwich shop of Campo de Ourique, opened in March 2026 on Rua Silva Carvalho by Swiss chef Nico Hink, who started out in professional kitchens as a teenager.

The sandwiches take their cue from New York delis: a French Dip with roast ribeye and house jus, a fried chicken Caesar, a vegetarian Italian with stracciatella and hot honey. The bread is baked fresh every morning with a partner bakery and often sells out by mid-afternoon.

Eat in or take away, and try the house blonde ale, brewed with a small Lisbon brewery and served only here.
